So i was looking through a magazine and i found a recipe for a healthy breakfast banana split!! Now you can eat all the banana splits you want!! =)
Breakfast Banana Split
Banana
Nonfat Yogurt
Fresh Blueberries
Fruit preserves (such as strawberries, pineapple).
Silvered Almonds
Cut a banana in half lengthwise. Top with 1/2 cup nonfat yogurt (that's about 8 tbsp). A few fresh blueberries, and 2 tbsp each of all fruit preserves and silvered almonds.
